Friday play day

Had a lovely crafty play day with friends, Lil and Maggie, sadly Linda was unable to join us today. Did not do very much crafting but did do lots of chatting :)

Merry Monday Gift challenge

My take on the gift challenge, gift box is from the brilliant Cardmaking Paradise and cut  from white pearl card then embossing folder used. I used White Fire Treasure Gold to highlight the embossing and colour the embellishments. This gift box is perfect for Christmas or birthdays as folds flat for posting.

Merry Monday Challenge Monochromatic Blues

 Crafty Individual Christmas stamp used on a background done on the gelli plate using shades of blue and a circle stencil. Waterfall stickles used on skirt and matted onto a spotty embossed background.

Just back from  Indigo Blu's craft retreat with a couple of crafty friends Linda W and Maggie H. We all  had such a laugh and met the lovely Susan, so looking forward to some crafty meet ups during the coming year.
 Learnt some lovely new techniques and completed each days work so will post some photos asap

Merry Monday red and green challenge

Made embellishments by heating red friendly plastic then using gold pigment ink to stamp into then mounted on green card on a simple embossed white pearl background to keep it CAS

A little different as used project from Cardmaking Paradise for the free standing star then stamped and embossed for a little added texture then covered with gilding flakes

Been a little slack as came back from seeing family with a nasty bug. Back crafting again now :)
