Went to my first Rag Rugging and made this heart wall hanging that I embellished with bows and buttons. I used an old flannel sheet that I stamped with distress ink to add some detail to the plain pink sheet.

I love this birdhouse template, I embossed the roof then added gold Rub 'n buff to it to make it a bit more interesting. Makes a fun card with the bird peering out of the hole :0)

Beautiful Day

Sun is shining, washing blowing on line and the sound of the birds, just perfect.

We have now been on the Isle of Man for four months and Andreas is such a lovely friendly village with enough to keep us busy.

Getting involved with WI and making up some cards to decorate for the agricultural show, luckily, lots of useful, welly, gardening glove, wheelbarrow and watering can card templates from Cardmaking Paradise that I can use. Looks like a busy crafty weekend ahead :0)

New life on the Isle of Man

Its all change for us as now living in a quiet village on the Island and very different from living in France. We said goodbye to all our animals and now just have our two pooches Cally and Bailie, does seem strange not having to keep checking on new born lambs :0)

My new craft room is up and running and did my first ever craft fair and pleased with the results, cannot wait for the next one.

Must try and get more stuff put on to show. xx
