Made from a pattern and idea from the Time for Crafting VIP EMag.
Used odd bits of card and foil put through the CB and topped off with a metal flower made from the Paper Artsy die.

My first attempts after seeing the wonderful creations that Suze makes.

At last some rain

Its been very hot over here, 30deg in the shade and after watering the veg last night it decides to rain ! Still, its a little cooler and my craft room is no longer an oven.
Been picking lots of cherries and doing a little jam making, must make some cherry pies and freeze down.

Gardening Glove from Time for Crafting VIP E Mag

Have made this for a friend using a template from www.timeforcrafting.co.uk.
I covered the card with paper then added some distressed ink, Victorian Velvet to lift the paper.

Card made at Craft Barn workshop

It did not come out as crackled due to it being a warm day and everything dried too quickly but I still like the result of white acrylic painted on top of black acrylic then stamped and mounted onto distressed card.

A gift from Suze

Last weekend was the Craft Barn Extravaganza in Lingfield and went with a lovely group of Ladies from the Time for Crafting forum. There were some brilliant demo's and I was lucky enough to receive a gift from Suze Weinberg when she was using wax on wood.I am now hooked and have just ordered a melting pot and cannot wait to have a play.

Another very hot day

Its 30deg upstairs and I am sat making up a large card order plus making sure I have all my own ready to post before I head back to the UK-- phew.
Meeting up with forum friends from Time for Crafting and going to the weekend event at the Craft Barn in Lingfield. So looking forward to it plus my shopping list is getting longer by the hour :)
There is a chaffinch sat on the cherry tree guarding her nest in a small bush in the dogs garden and what a racket she makes when other birds come near the cherry tree . What with the Little owl screeching every time the cats show up , the chaffinch and the lambs yelling for mum, the peaceful countryside is anything but that :)

Another overcast day

Its not looking to good outside so a good excuse to shut myself away in the craft room. I have a large order to make up so need to get a good selection of cards for the lady to choose from, plus a few personal cards need doing.
Cherries nearly ready on the first tree and for the next few weeks I will be eating scrummy cherries every day :)
